Shipping
- All our items within the UK are shipped First Class.
- International Items are sent Airmail. We do not ship surface mail.
- We try to mail all orders within 24 hours.
- You will be notified by email to confirm dispatch.
- We retain a "Proof of Postage" which will ensure full compensation should your item be lost in the mail, or damaged in transit.
- We have successfully mailed many hundreds of items all over the world, with no loss or damage, during the last year..
Packaging
Your item will be packaged to reach you in the same condition as it left us.
Prints
Your mounted print is enclosed in a neat snug-fit sealed plastic bag, which is of an excellent presentation standard.
The item is then secured in a sturdy corrugated packet, which is very strong.
Your print should reach you in perfect condition.
Newspapers & Magazines
These are sent in either a sturdy cardboard tube , secured for International dispatch, or in a cardboard bookmailer, or carded envelope, according to the bulk, size and age of the Item.
Books
Books are wrapped in waterproof plastic and secured in a sturdy Bookmailer.
RefundsIf for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, do let us know. If you wish to return it, you may, within 14 days, and we will issue you with a full refund.
